POURQUOI BEYONCE ADORE LE STYLE ETHNIQUE ?
Son intérêt pour le style ethnique se trouve dans les messages que celui ci diffuse. Véritable miroir social, le style ethnique représente l’identité culturelle de celle qui le porte et l’affirmation de la « néo-africaine tendance » qui fait rage de nos jours.
Et qui parle de style ethnique parle aussi de »pagne » car ils sont étroitement lié.
A cet effet il faut admettre que BEYONCE porte souvent du pagne lors de ses apparitions publiques et cela lui va bien. On pourrait même dire qu’elle est la star américaine la plus ancré dans l’ethnicité et faisant la promotion de la culture ethnique et africaine.
Voyons un peu ce que cela donne en image
Trop longtemps stéréotypé, le pagne était vu comme un habillement traditionnel et surtout réservé aux mères de famille si ce n’est pas pour dire aux vieilles personnes. Le pagne représente aujourd’hui une identité.
Nous remarquons les stars africaines qui étaient éprises par le modernisme occidental au niveau de leur style vestimentaire, valorisent de plus en plus le pagne . Grace à des géants du textiles installés en Afrique comme Woodin qui fait parti de la famille vlisco, Wax et autres, le port du pagne est vu autrement.
Il faut aussi attribuer ce mérite de la renaissance du pagne aux nombreux influenceurs, chanteurs, musiciens, présentateurs télés, etc… qui ont fait du pagne une vraie mode.
